The Coast Grill, long known for its fine, fresh food, is now owned and operated by husband and wife team Peter and Pam Miller. The Millers took a hiatus after running their Sag Harbor restaurants (Bay St Cafe and Peter Miller’s) from 1997-2004. During his eight year hiatus from ownership, Peter spearheaded a great local following at MJ Dowlings in Noyac. The Millers were firm about not returning to ownership again unless just the right place presented itself. Nestled in a cluster of friendly neighborhoods, they had no doubt they knew they would be able to make themselves and their guests at home at The Coast Grill and now begins a new story.
The Coast Grill approach is very simple: quality food at reasonable prices served in a cordial place. Come as you are. Order whatever pleases you … at the bar or at the table. A burger or a ribeye. Fish and chips or blackened tuna steak. Nachos or tuna tartare. The family friendly atmosphere welcomes children and, although we don’t take reservations over the phone, we will take same- day advance notification of large parties and you can also reserve via Open Table.
